REAL Was Founded By Romain Galmel, Bringing With Him Over 12 Years Of Experience In The Construction Industry.

Starting his career as a structural engineer, he progressed into high-end project management with prestigious companies across Monaco, London and Paris.
​
Romain is chartered in construction management through the CIOB Chartered Institute of Building in the U.K. He is also a qualified structural engineer, graduating from the engineering universities ESTP Paris, France, and Newcastle University, U.K.
