REAL a été fondée à Monaco en 2022 pour fournir à ses clients des services transparents & transversaux de gestion de projet.
​
REAL suit une approche dynamique pour fournir des solutions haut de gamme clés en main à des clients privés et promoteurs immobiliers.
​
REAL a été fondée par Romain Galmel, apportant avec lui plus de 12 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction.
Débutant sa carrière en tant qu'ingénieur structure, il a évolué vers la gestion de projets haut de gamme au sein d'entreprises prestigieuses à Monaco, Londres et Paris.

Romain est agréé en gestion de la construction par le CIOB Chartered Institute of Building au Royaume-Uni.
Il est également ingénieur en structure qualifié, diplômé des universités d'ingénierie ESTP Paris, France, et Université de Newcastle, Royaume-Uni.
